Michael Olivera began working in the construction industry immediately out of college where he attended the University of Florida. Mr. Olivera has 20 years of experience working in the construction industry managing projects ranging from Federal Contracts, Educational Facilities, County Contracts, Healthcare, and Private sector projects. Over the years, Mr. Olivera has been responsible for directly managing and overseeing over $200 million in construction contracts starting with estimating, preconstruction phase, construction phase and project closeout. Michael has been involved as a member of the South Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Certified Quality Control Manager approved and recognized by the Army Corps of Engineers and obtained his 30-hour OSHA Certification.

Mr. Olivera is a licensed Certified General Contractor approved by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board. Mr. Olivera’s primary focus is to develop and maintain client relations as well as working closely with all preconstruction services, preparation of project estimates and overseeing contract negotiations. Mr. Olivera strives to run his business with integrity and leadership that will ensure the successful delivery of projects for all clients and solidify continued long-term working relationships.
